Windows Vista Glitch.

In windows vista, sometimes, the thing will open up a loading screen, or a browser, but will not show the browser, and you cannot use the program again intill you compleetly close it and re open it. You have to force it to close, you can't click on it at all. So far, this has only happened on a windoews cista. Vista. It's really bad, I can't even save a game unless I like, save per every like, animation I add.

This problem happens in some other machines, even with the Vista.
There are a fix in developtment.
