Yes, I did.

edit: No. Actually it wasn't empty. When I load it, it says "Couldn't open data GIL_____.TTF". It is a font, I suppose. And there's nothing, no code and no actors.

Ah, then the font is either missing from the folder or has wrong name. Copy any ttf font to the data folder and rename it with the exact name the error message mentions. That'll allow ge to load the font, allowing the project to be loaded. If ge can't find some source file, an image or font for example, it won't load the project at all. That's why you saw no code and no actors.
It's working! Thanks LcL! But no Teletubbie. :(

Hi LcL,
Any progress?( I hope project is under development.)
Everyone is bound to one's sphere of knowledge.
What he finds inside it, terms it as reality. And what is far beyond his reach, an illusion for him. But sometimes illusions can be a reality and reality merely an illusion.

Hi simranjit!

Unfortunately there's been no progress since my last update. SABRE is still on the workbench, though. I just now have a summer job and thus don't have time for many other things. My normal work day is from 2 PM to 10 PM, and believe me when I say that I'm not the kind of person who'd be able to program right after getting out of bed

Anyway, the next time you can expect me to get to work on SABRE will be a couple of months later when my working contract has ended. I will keep posting updates every time I work on SABRE and get something done.

I don't expect much from others as I myself use gE very rare, for any game development...
So how can I suppose anyone to work hard on a project which isn't one's first priority.
And he said he'll work on it ( no matter if it's another two month's wait).

Please no offence, but people like that look like willfully-blind fools. And most of all - naive fools. And well that's pity.
This project became.. WAY too overrated if you think it deserves that time.
But the thing is.. even though LcL is not the "greatest "programmer"" He know what needs to be done and he know that it can be done. BUT:
LcL's priorities:
Image
So if you have a little self-respect and re-consider the situation you will magically find out that actually LcL doesn't deserve all that greatness you all give him.
I am greatly progressing far more complex things (like gE multiplayer that will go with super powerful new gE abilities), without support at all.. he does nothing with the support of all.

Everyone already knows what you think of me, bat78. So please stop spamming the whole forum with how much you dislike me and the fact that my project progresses very slowly at times. It's not good for anyone.

To clarify my "relations"

I don't dislike you as a person. (which is what you probably mostly care about).. but I don't care of anyone's personality as this is a forum. Forum for game-editor discussion.
I dislike you as a developer (do I have a reason to like you as a developer)
I respect you as a user and developer improved a good idea.

And there is no "hate". Usually if I really "hate" someone.. he will most likely end up with a not working PC.

Oh and your project is very slow every time  not just in times.

And I don't spam :@ everything I say is on-topic. You spam with your real life dramas :X :@

What is your purpose in posting things like this?
Yes, the project's been on hiatus for a long time, but it's not dead.

The majority of your posts are very trollish. It's like you want this program to die.

Hi Lcl. How is Sabre progressing?

What is the biggest challenge to overcome with the development of Sabre?
If you could pick a release date to make Sabre available for fans, what month in 2016 would you release it?
What is your favorite aspect of the game? Best to focus on that and the project will be fun to complete.
Make the game you want to play first, and if it's fun, then hopefully others will enjoy it also.

Any large project is a challenge to finish, but can be completed by adding a little bit to it each week, even if it's only five minutes a day or one hour a week in your spare time before starting the next day. Those little bits will keep building up and before you know it, it'll be completed.

Looking forward to hearing more about its progress and a possible release date. Thanks. 8)
