Programmer needed for pocket pc program in GE. Will pay!

I am in great need of someone that can program a program for the pocket pc. I have all the graphics made already. The program isn't a game(unfortunately:) but is something that should be fairly easy to program in Game Editor. The program is an eBay and Paypal Fee calculator that can be used on a pocket pc/any os that game editor can work in. So I would need someone to program in all the formulas, and have it display the proper fees based on the users feedback. Also there would be checkboxes, radiobuttons, forms, etc. that need to respond to the users input.
I need someone to do this, and this is a paying job. Serious inquiries only please! I would need this done at no later than the end of the month(hopefully sooner), but am willing to work on the deadline. The payment would be handled through escrow.com, and i will pay the fees($25). This is to protect us both. Please post here or PM me with the following info: portfolio(completed games), your programming abilities, resume(optional), and your fee to do the job. I'd prefer people over 18 please, and if you don't have sufficient proof of your skills please do not post.
Thanks for your time. I have great admiration for the skills and abilities on this board, and look forward to working with you.
