Just wondering...

Since Android is linux based, it should be able to run GE on it.
But, i just read...android doesnt use a native X Window and GNU as other linux distros...
It would be a problem.

I think its just the GNU...

The Android is a Linux System, but, like the GP2X (Linux + ARM processor), a port need to be done due differences in the display access, input access, ...

Mak, linux systems, regaurdless of the processor, rather it be ARM, Intel, AMD, or anything else, are all different.

For example: Game Editor works with the following linux versions I've tested

Ubuntu - 99%
Linux Mint - 99%
Kubuntu - 0%
Other OS with LXDE (Lightweight X server based Desktop Environment) - 80%

Or even if you use Ubuntu with any different Desktop Environment, if you use KDE or LXDE then it's still not 100% working.

Ubuntu issues: Full screen gets cut off by black lines, (Doesnt change your desktop resolution), and also midi files dont play.
Kubuntu issues: Opens, and then closes.
Linux Mint: Same as Ubuntu.
LXDE: Sound doesn't work at all.
