Alrighty! This comes with an insanely new and improved version of my other thing of this :D!!!

THis one is so much better! Heres what this one includes
    +Static Screen (Places static all over screen! :D you choose how much)
    +AVCable (Gives you an awesome effect of playing with AV hookups! You can also set static to this as well. This is animated so you cant really actually see a screenshot of it xD Download and try it :D)
    +ScanLines (Exactly what it says, its an exact replica of ScanLines and you can set the transparency! :D)
    +Pixelate (Pixelates the screen)
    +Tint (Tints the screen to your colors of r, g, b)

Heres a few screenshots as well as a demo :D Download and try it out to get the full effect of AVCable

NOTE
The reason is says my framerate was low is because I was running a bunch of things xD

  TV Static effect on the screen. Example:
  StaticScreen(200);

  This will make very light scanlines.

Pixelate()

  Pixelates the screen.

Tint(r, g, b)

I've experimented with it, and I have a tip: Do not set the static or AV static to more than 99999, or else it'll crash when playtesting.
