Copying/Paste
Posted: Tue Dec 30, 2008 8:12 amI have had this problem ever since I started gameEditor but now that I do more scripting, I would like to know if there is a fix or reason for it. When using gameEditor, the copy paste works fine. But if I were to copy something from an outside source and try to paste back into the Script Editor, after awhile, it will not work. The copy paste works for several times, but after awhile it will stop working outside of the given gE. It then only allows things within the gameEditor Script Editor. It also won't let me copy or paste into other gameEditors. So to avoid this, I have to save the file, close it, reopen it, and repeat. Is there a reason or fix? Or could it be because I use the free linux version?
