I cant figure out how to put it on this page.

It doesn't work that way. You need to upload it to a server on the web for people to be able to download it.
If its under 100k, you can upload it to your post, using the 'upload attachment' tab at the bottom of the 'post topic/reply' form.
If not you can use a free hosting service, or ask someone to host it for you.
I recommend the forum upload, if you can.

It wouldn't let me upload it because it is a bmp.

save it as a png then upload it.
