how do you add desktop icons to the game and is it only a full version capability?

you don't need the full version, but you do need to export your game.

->Config
-->Game Properties
--->Icon File:
--->(you need a .ico file)
->File
-->export
--->[choose one]
--->export
->look at file.
->you'll see your icon
