yeah just use the basic rules at first untill you get used to them, then you can eventually learn all the dumb ones even tho they dont really matter too much..

And even if you did not we in the new version of the game editor will create the server? Or, if you will need to download any necessary socket server?

The network structure will be Peer-to-Peer as far as I know.
