Uncertain network feature?

Will the network version of GE incorporate Voice capabilities? By this, I mean a channel for sound in which we can broadcast with microphones to each other. Another thing I would like to see is the ability to set a single frame animation on an actor and have GE substitute a web camera feed.

Webcam and audio IM connection would require their own host server wouldn't they?

yeah, they would, but i am wondering if there will be features to latch into that server. I'd like to do a party game(s).
