Something simple about tile matching

Is there somewhere an example of tile matching?

Are you talking about copying a tile that you just made and you want more or do you want to just create new ones?

I have make tiles only with 'single tile' option and now I would like to use tile matching.

ok, well go make a tile actor, then go to tile matching,press enter or just press ok then make the tiles you want, and make 15 for the limit then go back to tile matching and when you go to tile macthing you will see all your tiles there,(you can change your tile direction like vertical or horizontal) i hope his helped for you, like YOU say if not keep asking! :D

Yeah, I didnt find the tile matching diagram very useful. there are missing numbers, and you have to lay it out in rows based on that. Then when you go lay down the tiles, you have to flip through them anyway.

Do this: layout your map with simple tiles, the when the game starts up(create view), you step through the locations in view and set the animation based on number and direction of neighbouring tiles in that set.

what about?!

Once you have an actor setup for tile-matching (see above) how can you deactivate the tile matching? I cant figure this out!!! I do not want to remove the actor, can it be deactivated??
For instance, if you were to accidently overlap a tile with another (using this feature) but didn't catch it in time to "undo", how would you remove the placed tile?

To remove the tiles created with Tile Matching option, go to the Tile Matching again and click on the Draw Tile button.
Now, hold the right shift key to enter in the erase mode and click over the tiles thats need be removed.
