where you draw lines with a canvas, and choose where the water comes down, then the water reacts with the lines drawn

It would be possible, but the codes required for this... well most of us in the forum wouldn't know how to do it... fluid mechanics is a rather complex subject, lol.

That's amazing! I think I won't be able to code such a think, not in only some days. It would need a lot of work.
