Well, no one guessed the name right. But I'm on a posting spree today so this is what's to come.

Postal Worker Warfare is a name I got from a random videogame name generator, (probably where all my games will come from now since I'm having fun with this) and this is it.

Hiya!

You play a independent mailman competing with the UPS. You get paid quite often and have a hefty rate of $100 dollars a mailbox during pay time. For some reason you also get extra money for creating combos off people/animals trying to stop you. There's only two houses under your contract (for now) and you always seem to run by them no matter where you try to go!

So this is going to be a sort of protect the mailboxes kinda game. You get money for getting them when they have mail in them, and lose it when someone/something puts mail in. At the end of each day you'll get to buy new power ups and so forth. I'm not so sure what losing will be here, health is one way for now. Had fun trying to make all the quirky mail related comments.

Before I start to babble on about this, let's get to it. Comment with ideas, criticism, funny mailman sayings, how you like/hate the controls, the idea, or whatever else. Oh, and there won't be two dogs running around fast all the time jacking your mailboxes, it's just testing them. No other enemies right now. And I can't tell if I fixed the moonwalking dog bug, so see if they do it for you. Dogs shouldn't be able to mail things, so they might just chase and bite you later. We'll see.

Controls:
~Arrow keys = move
~z = jump
~x = throw envelope
~c = crouch (tell me if this should be down, had a hard time deciding)

Wow, that was probably too many words for what little this is right now.. :P

Boy I hate dogs. :P They did moonwalk for me though, that should be looked into further.

I don't know why, but for some reason the gameplay style is starting to remind of that Beavis and Butthead SNES game. This game is probably a lot more fun though.
And when he gets paid that much, I wonder if I should consider becoming a UPS man.

Random quote:

"All right! But hear me and hear me well! The day will come, oh yes, mark my words, Seinfeld! Your day of reckoning is coming, when an evil wind will blow through your little playworld and wipe that smug smile off your face! And I'll be there in all my glory, watching, watching as it all comes crumbling down! MuHAHAHAHAH!"

Darn dogs! They use the same enemy system I had in awesome man, but I upgraded them to make 'em smarter. Must've messed something up from that... Glad you think it's fun though! I plan on it being full blown whenever it's done too. So expect more.

Doesn't look that bad. :)

Have you considered adding a character like Newman the mailman from Seinfeld? That would be funny.
