Help Me!

Just Like 4 minutes ago GE shut down and now It doesn't start up...well, it does but, just as I put the mouse on the program it has some error and shuts down. I even tried restarting my computer! the error is:
" 0x00471D7D(tried to read from 0x00000000) "

Great! now it doesn't even start up.
