I got a demo i wanna put up but how would i do that?

a) go to a file host, like savefile.com or uploadtemple.com
b) email it to users
c) email it to me and I will upload it on my website (ahhh! bandwith!)

For now, only one of my basic computers is working, so as soon as it's working, I'm going to buy GE... I'm going to use the demo for now. Can I still import demo saved games into the full version?
