I posted news on Game Editor on Smartphone sites:
If you ever wanted to create games on Pocket PCs or Smartphones, there's no easier way than with the powerful Game Editor!
Game Editor is the game design software that gives you the power to create the games of your dreams, with little or no programming or technical knowledge required.
Game Editor lets you design and develop 2D games for personal computers and mobile devices. No need to worry about system issues or compatibility, no need to do anything other than come up with the ideas! Game developing has never been easier!
Version 1.3.3 now supports Windows Mobile-based Smartphones!
The software is so powerful that you can create your game once and export it to Windows, Pocket PC, Smartphone, and Linux, simultaneously!
Pricing for this game development system is unbelievably affordable - starting at $14.99 (cheaper than some complete games on mobile devices!), you can get the full version and start developing in minutes!

Game_a_gogo - Would it be possible to have one of your firends use their credit card? You pay them right there, so when the bill comes they have the money. That's what I do with my dad/mom.
