Focal Bluring (Animated)
Posted: Thu Sep 03, 2009 8:12 pmHi guys I found a way to blur an iamge. Simply make 2 files, 1 simi-transparrent, and 1 not transparrent at all behind the simitransparrent one, then give them a path. heres the screenshot.
