two questions,
1)can i add a left and right path for a snake?like the one in caveman that goes left and right?
2) can i make a path when i kill the snake, he falls down and you never see him again?

Yes and yes.
Paths for snake
You can put paths how many you want .
First make all paths you need and then put the first path for the snake. When the first path is finished change path with the change path event.
Killing snake
When collision from up side of snake, change snake's path to the falling path. Then make that when the falling path is finished snake is destroyed.
