How the heck do you use a canvas to draw 3D?

Tried looking at some code in the Draw Actor event of a canvas,
But still have no idea how to do it!

Well, technically you cant actually draw 3D, just make 3D effects

Someone made a 3D Effect of an airplane once it was amazing but I forgot where it was :O
