Crash on Running Tutorials

It's my day to fill up the forum with miscellaneous questions. Here is another one:
Has anyone else ever seen the GE black screen/crash while attempting to run a tutorial after closing a previous game that you have been working on? I've seen this issue several times. Once again, just curious if I am the only one.
It seems to happen to me only after closing a previous piece of work and then trying to load a tutorial.
