Hey guys, just found some more neat stuff!

The Art of Game Design: A book of lenses
I just finished reading this, and it was a very good read. Highly recommended.
In it, Jesse Schell explains the elements of a good game experiences through what he calls "lenses" -that is questions you can ask yourself about your designs in order to improve them. As a supplement, you can download the "Deck of lenses" as a free app, or purchase as a deck of physical cards, to use and review all the lenses that are covered in the book.

http://www.codecademy.com/ This is a really neat way to learn scripting. The site features interactive courses on several languages.

The Tiny Game Design Tool - A small worksheet to carry around. Keep one in your pocket to jot down ideas.

Games for change A collection of games that aim to be educational and/or have social impact.

Great list Jagmaster!

The program I use for pixel animations, and I like a lot, is not in your list (...yet) :) . It is called Graphics Gale, and can be found here:
http://www.humanbalance.net/gale/us/
The free version already gives you all you need. It even exports sprite sheets.
And the full version is only $20.

And here is an interesting link I stumbled across:
http://www.indieyourface.com/
It's a site made by a guy called Lachhh, who is a indie game maker. He talks about game making, in an entertaining way :D

Thanks Hares!

And Yeah, Graphics Gale completely slipped my mind. I hadn't heard of indieyourface before, it was actually pretty funny!
Added 'em in.
