Hello Game Editor users,

First off, if this is considered spam I am very sorry. I am just trying to increase the audience for http://GMArcade.com. Currently, all games on the site are made in Game Maker.

However, I would like to invite the Game Editor community to use GMArcade as a file host. GMArcade is meant as a file host for your arcade games, not an advertising tool. The main benefit to hosting your game with GMArcade is that your game will automatically be able to be played online and downloaded the second you upload. And yes, we're not lying, you can play your .exe files "on the internet." The games are temporarily downloaded and run to simulate "online play." GMArcade is not meant to increase the awareness of your game (at least not yet), it is rather to have a gaming host with features a normal file host would not incorporate, such as our online play, game commenting, and game rating.

You can also register and start you're own development blog! Just register, log in, and hit "My Blog" to start blogging!

Please give the site a look, and again, I am sorry if this is considered spam, I am merely offering a new service to the Game Editor community.

I think it's nice of you to come and ask the Game Editor community as well Matthew.

It's extra advertising for GE which is a bonus and it's also a good place to show off GE games compared to the GM ones!

Thank you! I hope we can get people to add some games from this community. I for one think GE is cool because it works on the GP2X as well.

bu GE doesnt suport online stuff yet.. so how would this be posible? i dont get it?

Sounds cool, but Im confused. How does it enable the games to be played online? Also, is it possible to make our games play online by ourselves?

You have been proven wrong The games on the site are all executable files. I used JAVA to download them temporarily and run them, giving the feel of the being on line. Games must be .exe's but you can incorporate online play (such as LAN shooters for instance).
