I actually like the breakeout game. It could use sounds though, and possibly particle effects. I like how it gets darker. Also the physics need a little work around.

Overall though I like it and I'll let you know the ratings when the judging day comes

HBlade, Do not release ratings public unless the submitter asks to do so. It is for privacy of the person. You are allowed to critique still though. Also, Alice, you are allowed to change anything someone may critique you on until the end of the 21st.

It has been decided that I will be the master judge.

Well, H, it is okay. Also, if you want to know your rating after the end of the tournament, you can ask for the judges to either give you their separate ratings, or ask me for your JudgeTotal rating. I myself will not tell any of my separate ratings though for any games, just the JudgeTotal rating. Other judges have the option of not telling their separate ratings either. Can't wait to see finished product.

As for an award ceremony, if there was five, I would automatically have one, but since I only know of four contestants, if you would like an award ceremony, every participant must agree to it that they will not have any hard feelings if they do not make it in the top three. That means tzoli, JagMaster, AliceXIII, and friedfish must agree to not feeling bad if they got fourth. If any do not agree to this, then no award ceremony will be held.

Have a good time. :)

Sounds i could add in after work in the morning, i just haven't had alot of time.. Particle effects maybe later on, the games meant to be learned from so i didn't want to add anything that wasn't absolutely needed.

The physics though haha i purposely made that ball have a chance to get faster or not when it bounces off the block and border actor so that you would have more chances to miss the ball so the darkness effect could take place :P

Has anyone used the map editor? i'll make some more maps in the morning after i add sounds but it's quite nifty for a breakout game :)

Great job AliceXIII :D Congratz on your game, must've used a lot of effort to make it xD I tried it and the map editor,I would love to tell you about my ratings of the game, but of course,I'll won't tell until tomorrow. I hope to see more games by the end of the day :D

A little tip for your game: You should add sounds,or maybe some scary game over screen. xD
EDIT:
P.S. Should I be strict at judging or not? (I'll judge fairly, thats for sure) And may I give ratings like:
A+: God-Like (75 or when the game is really amazing but marks don't meet 75)
A: Amazing (70-74)
B: Very good (61-69)
C:Good (51-60)
D:Satisfactory (40-50)
F:Below satisfactory (39 or below)

the marks i think should be 1-15(A+,A,A-,B+,B,B-,C+,C,C-,D+,D,D-,E+,E,E-) for each category and then averaged for a final score

Well, I need to know the exact number out of 75 points. If I only get a letter then I have no idea how many points there is for that game.

Too many but I will make + and - if the marks are almost towards the most/least of the letters.
EDIT: Sorry misread your post Master  I guess I will rate the categorys too,and I will put + and - if the marks are almost towards the most/least of the letters.. Thanks Master :)
