A new idea

I think everyone using game-editor should make
a game together. People can post files to share, then
repost to see who has a better edition to the game. We can
share ideas and make it a full game. Then if anyone
buys it the money goes to game-editor for the next
version(if they make one).

that's A great Idea! :D
but if many MANY people worked on the same game it would be kinda' confusing.
many, well, As far as I know are working together to make games.
Example: Hblade and Me, We work on the commando man Game, I do all the AI, Graphics, and the script and He does the level design :D

If done correctly, it could be good. Another thing that could be done is a sort of competition. So, start with a basic theme, and everyone who wants to enter submits a game of that style. You could then have some sort of poll to judge the winner.

You could recruit your own people(2-5)
And and have a vote on their page to see
who has the best. Then make a full version
for a actual game.

That's interesting. A while ago I made a running-around type of game. I think I'd want to make a newer version, maybe with a larger resolution (for windows), more special features and such, but that would do nicely. I was already thinking of doing a new version sometime. Maybe I should get around to it.
If anyone has good ideas for characters, that could help. I need lots of super-hero type characters, preferably ones that go at great speeds, and some that have some form of special ability. Be original if you can. The ones I have so far are: S-K (Super-Kid), Super Snail, ThunDillo and Fatman. Any more ideas would be greatly appreciated, and might motivate me to actually make the game
Any idea if there'll be some sort of deadline (other than next century)? Deadlines are good motivators.

Looking good. I'll have to see if I can start mine soon. Anybody else who has a game concept based on the theme 'running around' can feel free to start making one. Competition is another good motivator. All the specifics can be figured out later, but now, you can just start making the game, and maybe post here to let people know that you're making one. I'll let you know when I actually start.

For some reason it put it in twice, and now I can't delete it because it's been replied too. I'm going to start work on the graphics now.

Basically, I had nothing better to put.

I'll include some screenshots from the original version. I've got lots of cool ideas for modification and added features, though.
