Stop animation from having transparency

I've added an actor with a single frame animation for my title screen. The image is a JPG. GE has automatically has chosen the top left pixel as the transparent one which screws up the image. How can I stop it from doing this so the image is totally solid?

Convert the image to a PNG 32 format or change the color of the first pixel.

Thanks makslane. I don't want to change the top left pixel, so do you have any suggestions which can convert to PNG32? Photoshop doesn't seem to export to that format.

In the Photoshop, copy the image to a new image, or copy to a new layer, and save as png.

All PNG files are 32 bit. Just do a save as PNG format. Tga 32 bit works too.

I don't think you can have 32bit and transparency in photoshop.
Just make sure that it is at 24bit, then take the eraser, set it to 2% and 1 pixel wide, and click on 1 pixel. That pixel will now be very slightly transparent and GE won't turn the 1st pixel color transparent anymore.

Yes, it does support 32-Bits

I know it supports 32 bit images. But I every time I switch from 16 to 32 bit it flattens the image making a 32bit image with transparency impossible.

For some reason I don't have the option to save as 32 bit PNG in Photoshop CS3 (Mac version). Good idea pixelpoop about making one pixel slightly transparent. However I took berigheous's advice and saved as a 32 bit TGA and it worked - the image was no longer transparent.

Thanks guys :D

One thing to consider is that targa files (tga) are known for being huge in file sizes...
