for those who are having problems with getting started iv build this pakage for u. includes left ,right ,runleft ,runright ,jumpleft ,jumpright ,crouchleft ,crouchright and platform so when ur not on platform or land u fall down all u have to do is change images every thing is named actor so there will be no confusion as long as all ur images are named the same as i named them above. if u have a current project and are having main actor problems and want a complete main actor pakage cous u cant get things right this is perfect for u.just open up YOUR project go to file then click on merge and u will have this pacakage for your game to get u going.

Can you stop typing in all caps? It is rather annoying and most people won't take you seriously. You say you have coding background, so you should know how this works. You say you have coding background yet you can't debug? This took me no more than 10 minutes to throw this together. If there is something missing from it then I can always fix that. All I did was use a single variable to determine the actor's state and then on each event, change the actor according to the new input. You really need to calm down. There are plenty of skilled gameEditor users and many have made very professional games. Despite your complaints, it is pretty well documented, granted you can find some bad examples, but if you search at all there have been many fixes to the problems you have had.

whatever dude just cous u want to copy and past some code that is wack and makes no sense that wont work for any thing else im trying to learn and make it work the right way u can play around with ur backwards code that dont work not me .
