You ought to use Eclipse for Java development...It makes finding bugs or new methods to use really convenient. Can you recommend any free e-books for learning c++ ? I have downloaded one but I am not really satisfied with it.

I learned by looking at a lot of web documentation.

In particular http://www.cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/ which I think you will find useful :)

I don't like books personally so I avoid them whenever I can. ttyl!

Those features you listed sound like a P0rtal cake! I'm so sorry for not being able to try this out right now (as I'm currently away), but I will shortly!
I'm thankful for this demo already; hope you have had an awesome Christmas and I wish you an awesome 2011!
Also, and a great 2010.

Hehe :P
The real reason to why we fear 2012, that's because the mayan calendar stops that year.

I don't fear 2012. That's the year I graduate!
(As for your signature, you can get GE for free anyway, as it is OpenSource.)

I want to learn C++ some time soon, but I am afraid I won't be able to learn it properly; all I know is some Javascript and Python.
Should I make the jump or first learn something else, and if so, what?
Thanks for your help, and a happy new year ;)

Its not really confusing as long as you know the basic logic. About how it works.
Something like this, "oh, this part must be done with some code like bla bla bla". All you can do then search for the code and compare it with your imagined code. Then you will say, "oh, so this codes what make it works"

Exactly! :) Too easy, though I should really document my code more so others can modify it with greater ease. I'll be waiting to see this used in the next Winter Blast! :P
