I'm new in game editor, i'm dreaming develop small game for iphone using game editor, but before i start i want ask a question:
can i develop iphone game using game editor windows version or i must use Mac os x operating system?

You can develop the game on windows but you have to use geplayer on Mac OS X to
create the file for iPhone. (I think... )

You can use game editor to create a game on Window.
However, when you complier your game to .app file for iPhone. You need to use Mac OS for XCode program.
So, You still need Macintosh.
You also need iPhone for testing your game.
