I want to know what are the differences between GE and GM ??
I want to know these :
- kind of product in their prices like (professional ,,ect).
- environment of game that I kind make like (Iphone, Ipad, windows mobile, windows PC, ect)
-I know GE (2 D), and I read in GM's website that they have 3 D. so could you inform us wt u know about it ?
-SSL (I dont know wt is that, but I want to know about it in both company)
-run in windows or mac or ,,,,ect ?
- do your best to compare between them .

1. GE is basically 1 full free version with a short watermark at the beginning of each game, UNLESS you purchase a licence, which removes this and allows you to sell your games. While Game Maker has a free version and a full version where the free version limits its features.

2. Game Maker can only make games for pc (I think), while GE can make games for the pc, mac products, linux, smart phone and several more.

3. GE so far can only make 2D games with a few exceptions (search for "ray casting example" and the game "Incrusion") GM CAN make 3D games but it is only supported, and can be difficult to make. Which removes the EASY part out of the creation of games with the program.

4. I don't know about SSL.

5. GE can run on pc, linux, and I THINK Mac. I believe GM can only run on PC.

6.Though Game Maker seems to have more features, it still doesn't grasp the concept of easy as well as Game Editor does. Some people take weeks to make their first game in GM, but may make a game in GE in a few hours.

so GE is more better, because I can make my app for PC and smart phone,

Look this subject needs to end here and now. Game Editor you can make commercial quality games and sell on multiple platforms. There is no comparison , thats ridiculous. Look Me and Chai are making money in iphone market , enough said.

Ok on the front page of game editor you see the game momo alien starcatcher , thats game I made for iphone. If you go to appannine.com you can see I was on new and noteworthy in itunes. Me and my animator worked together and he is talented. So

As far as my best selling game of course is Momo AlienStarcatcher. On windows mobile my best selling game is Catch me if you can. Iphone marketplace is way better and even if you do bad you still make money. You can check videos of all my games on youtube just type the name.

1st practice making solid games. Then make full game and you can sell.It takes time to learn , so practice tutorials. Dont rush learning how to make games.

You have to have the passion and crazy in making a game.

Right now, I have the idea for my app, I am almost finish drawing my actors, witch is very boring hahahaha, animation and stuff , then I will start with making shot animation

then start to link them and see wt is happen ,

but what about the sound ??? can I have sound from internet or make them by my self ?? and the music of the game ??
