A selection of strange attractors

Hi,
I want to experiment with a selection of strange attractors, and repulsors, in a GE game setting. I know there is a whole branch of higher math devoted to it as it is useful in Astronomy; e.g. simulating the movements of heavenly bodies under gravity.
I have an idea for implementing it, which is based on a version one, demo, I saw once, then I instantly forgot where I got it. Does anyone have any ideas of how they would approach such an implementation? Any hints would be helpful, if anyone knows what the heck I am talking about! I don't think I do ??
