I remember that you can upload exes and stuff even without premium options. Or maybe they have changed it. They became more and more rude with their ads. I remember that in the beginning there was NO ads on freewebs sites written by html. And then there was the toolbar and now I guess there is big ads.
Here is a proof. This is my very old website and it's uploaded in freewebs. The time when there was NO ads. Look:

Freewebs can adverstise on your site as much as they want because they are hosting your files.
And if they use AdSense, they can sell ad places for people on your webpage.

That's it, I am not using it. there must be some other program. I know only of windows frontpage and it is old.

I'm using notepad! If frontpage (see what you get) is old, then notepad is jurassic!
