(please, move this topic to the correct forum if it isn't at..)

Hi ppl!

I'm trying GE trial and I want to do some test games before I decide to buy it..

A Zaxxon shooter clone came up to my head, recently, but as far I watched all the tutorials, can't see how to do isometric games (tiles, and of course, regions, which is the basis for all collisions..)

Is there any way to achieve it?

and.. Where is the transparent color selector? At the moment, I've seen black color for that, only.. which IMHO limits very much the work..

Thx for reading, and for releasing that wonderful tool!

byz!

- If the image file has a color depth lower than 32 bits, Game Editor understands that the color of the first pixel (upper left corner) is the color that should become totally transparent in the image.

- If your image has 32 bits color depth, Game Editor will consider the alpha channel (transparency channel) of the image.

- If your image is a gif, Game Editor will consider the gif transparent color.

thx for the reply, makslane!

So, could it be a problem if my upperleft pixel is part of the graphic itself, and no a bg corner?... Well, in that case, I suppose I can add an extra 1px corners to de graphic size, so it's ok...

BTW: When will the next version be released?

I don't know what to do.. Buy it right now or better Wait for the next?

You can use a 32bit image.

When will the next version be released?

I don't know, sorry.
