If you use a ogg music file, will crash?

That worked just fine! Though things did slow down a fair bit as the music files were quite big and I put them on high priority. But I'd rather use MOD or one of the other such formats though as they are so much smaller, id like a different tune for the menu screens, each level and the end of the game, using ogg or wav files the game would probably end up huge unless all the tunes were very short loops, which would then be pretty dull :(

Thanks for looking at this though, im really looking foward to getting my first game together so I can start polishing it. I'm still finding my though, but I'm really enjoying working in GE :)

A quick question, what do i set the plasound loop setting to for an infinate loop? or do I just use a really big number and hope that covers it?

You need use a big value like 65000

Just so anyone reading this knows... this is no longer an issue, Makslane has tracked down the problem and fixed it :) You really do get great support here. I used to be a user of Clickteams’ MMF, since I found Game-Editor I’ve not looked back, outstanding!
