1. Is this tool as powerful and at least similar to Game Maker (YoYo games)?

1 - yes this tool is very powerfull [Example]
2 - Not as of yet, unless you mean 2 player. The online system should be working in either version 1.4 or 1.4.1
3 - no, sorry, these programs are in no way related to eachother.

Is GE 1.4 released yet if not will it be released soon?
