i need some graphics for my game like the backround and the ground but i dont know how to create graphics.

The usual suggestions are gimp, photoshop, inkscape, paint (and derivatives). I'd suggest gimp or inkscape, both free and very powerful. I skipped a few other usual suggestions so if you want more options just search the game art section for software.
