I'm starting to think that Game Editor puts pretty much the whole program into the exe file. I was just playing around, I made an exe, then renamed it with a .scr extention. I put it into the WINDOWS\system32 folder in XP, then selected the screensaver, and it cane up with a window that said "Game Editor -- untitled".

The game engine it's only a little subset of editor.
