How do I get his name??? and creator???

A.)how do I get an actor or a clone to get its own name without any collisions, is this possible???
B.)and how do I return a value to the creator???, I wanna create hp bars on top of each actor.
(note=> any one who helps me will be added to my credits in my game(XD only if your interested though))
