The new project is coming along pretty well... basically I took everything I learned from my first game "MSR PATROL" and and implimenting it into this one. Thought I would take a moment to introduce the project, and post some screenies.

it depends... for each actor I typically spend an hour modeling, and then another hour rendering the various animations....

Thank you, I've been teaching myself 3d modeling and Illustration since I was 14... I do cheat (not really cheating) from time to time. For instance, after a couple failed attempts at modeling a P40 WARHAWK (the player) I ended up buying the model and license to use it... So most of it is all me, but even I have my limits...

I would appreciate some ffedback from those of you who tried out the MSR PATROL GAME. I've noticed some choppy behavior on older computers... is this the case? Should I make a less-transparency intense version of this one?

Special thanks to Sparky for help with the scoreboard setup (if you call writing it for me "help"). Once I get a GP2X I may continue a lower-res version of this game for that system. Let me know what you think, and post your scores!

With the scoreboard, somewhere you'll have the loop to right the scores. In the string in sprintf, you are using %s to write the initials. If you change that to %-3s, all the nmbers will line up. At the moment, if I only put two characters in as the name, the score numbers are moved over one character. By lining it up, it will make it look neater.
PS: great game!

I should have thought of that.
(I made the Scoreboard for him.)
but I would believe it is %3s because I use %03.2f for my percent values.

So is that something I can just change then? Should I find the "%03.2f" and change it to "%3s"?
