To make GIF animation:
1. Go to http://rw-designer.com and download RealWorld Paint 2011 (100% no virus)
2. Create new raster image
3. Create - Create Animation
and Enjoy (remember you can also edit another GIF files)

GREAT! Yeh just use Gimp and Photoshop, because they can make animation easier
