Windows 7 = Lag Fest in editor, also some functions dont wrk

Hey, me again. I'm using Windows 7 and uh... well you see....... The editor is insanly laggy for one, (rather in aero or not), and also I tried to make a "moveto" function, and avoid the "grass" actor, but he dosnt avoid crap he just walks on right threw it >.>

I don´t know about the lag, but the MoveTo problem shouldn´t have no relation with the operating system used.

thats what I figured to, what I did was this:
[-----moveto--------]
[Event Actor] - the actor that will be moving,
[movepoint] - The point that the actor moves to.
[grass] - the actor that will be avoided.
0, 0 - x and y
4 - velocity
