Textbox. How to make simple chatbot?

. I want to make really simple chatbot in GE with graphics of course :}. I have no idea, how to use textbox to make it done. I can make chatbot in Win console (C++), but in C in GE :/ I can't, I mean I have no idea, how to do this. So, please tell me step by step how can I make it.
