Everyone :)

Here is my game Super Ostrich I have modified it a bit to be better.

The Improvements:

1Better Jumping that is more realistic
2 cool music I made myself
3 The beginning of a talk engine Bullbuck the bad guy in the first battle


If you really love it please add a point

How do you like the growl of the monster and the Music? cause thats the part i am most proud of :)

I use Anvil Studio for Music and Find sound for sound effects! :wink:

its okay. why do you have a physicalresponse trigger, but not repeat, on collision with a lot of your actors? it makes jumping weird and sometimes frustrating.

cant really give a screenshot. just jump into the plant at the begginign. it will stop you in midair. check the ostrich's collide events.

night, being honest is the best way to improve. i've been learning ge from sky, and he says thats how he has improved so much. by being told the game is great, you wont change much. but being told it is good, and a list of things to work on, you will make your game better, and you will be a even better game editor for it.

not on my comp with ge on it, so cant check the actual event, but I wasnt talking about the fireballs (which i thought weren't there). i'll post back with the event tomorrow, unless someone knows what im talking about and posts it here. to do fireballs, create a timer on the fireballs create actor. on the timer event, destroy the actor.

Turon I made super snoly game 1 month ago to show you code how to jump and shoot fireball. Did you look at super snoly game??

Yeah umm this game was my first major attempt to make a game, its really just a knock of super tux which was in turn a knock off of Super Mario Bros. And the graphics are just crude oekaki drawings and little bits here and there riped out of Bee-Ant and lcl's games...
Fun fact, guess who made that horrible soundtrack?

Hey Turon, I was finally able to check out Super Ostrich. It's an interesting platformer, though very tough game because if you don't time the jump just right, you could fall into the pit or onto an enemy.

For your first attempt at making a game, nice effort! Putting all the pieces together to make a game functional with C scripts is not easy when first getting started. The game does have a charm to it and the music adds to the style as well. Was that one of your earlier music creations?
I can imagine you're more advanced with your music these days. 8)
