Multiple script windows and apply button

Earlier, I was coding in GE and I was constantly having to copy bits of code from one event and paste it in another. I was also having to make changes to my code and then test it multiple times. So I had an idea. Would it be possible to add a function in GE that allows you to have multiple script windows open at once? Also, could an "apply" button be added to the script window so that you don't have to close it before testing and then re-open to make changes? I think that that would make GE much easier and efficient to code in. Any thoughts?
