Hi.
Probably like everyone i start with some big space sci-fi platformer, but soon i realize that it's a good idea to make something less complicated, for learning basic things.
And here it is)
Jump, Q! - short platformer with poor graphics and simple idea. Sometimes it works laggy, and cause its my first game i'm not sure that it's everything allright with level design and difficulty.
I used GIMP and DST's PNG Sprite Rotator to create images , wrote music theme with Tux Guitar and generated sounds with http://www.superflashbros.net/as3sfxr/ .

(contains source code, windows and linux executables)

try uploading the game directly to the future, its easier and more people will download it... :)
this game is actually really good for a first game, you should have a great future here... could do with a bit more of a range in colours, its a bit bland. but the game is very good, great music also. well done :D

those of you who think beginners are... not very good, look at this. it includes more complex code than many of the people here can do. download it and learn from it.

thanks for your kind words, guys.
Hope you'll enjoy my next project, which in my thoughts looks more complicated than this one, so probably it won't appear soon.
