Does game editor suport multiple levels, and how do you do this?
Does anyone know of a pocket PC emulator that I could use for testing purposes?

Yes. Your game can have many levels.
A couple of ways to achieve levels in a game are:
1.Change views to various activation regions that you create for each level.
2. Load in a new game level that you have created and saved previously using the script editor.
Take a look at some of the demos in the demo section. SmileyCatch uses activation regions, and if I remember correctly, the Breakout demo uses the loadGame script to change levels.
As far as PPC emulators go, you could try using microsoft's emulator. I think that you can download it from their developers area, but I don't know the link. I haven't tried using GE with the emulator so I don't know how it would work for you, but I imagine that if you created a compiled .cab file and downloaded it to the emulator through Activesync, it should work. The hard (or impossible) part will probably be getting the emulator and ActiveSync setup. I don't see any option in ActiveSync that will work with an emulator so you will probably need some intermediary program to force ActiveSync to recognize the emulator.
Anybody else know of any easy solutions for this?
HTHs...
