I have been looking for a easy to use music creator that is free and i found the perfect one..... its called Psycle here is the download page...

http://sourceforge.net/projects/psycle/files/latest/download?source=files a warning though if you want to look it up first do not click on link because the link will download the program automatically... i dont know if it works for linux i have windows 7 and it works great so give it a try i suggest looking at the help tutorial to get you started...

Fruity Loops is also a free, really easy to use music creator also. I'm on my phone right now or I would post the link. Just google it though, should be real easy to find.

(don't go a-searching for free fruity loops in other words) It's a pretty good program, the demo loved to crash when I got it (2 or so years ago) but yep. Prolly fixed by now.

agh i wouldnt suggest fl studio if you are looking for a great free program i would use Psycle i hated fl studio it wasnt beginner friendly...
