3d graphics are possible, but very slow. You can do a sort of 2d shooter, like lots of light-gun arcade games. Basically you stay in one spot, until you kill all ther enemies, and then you can play the animation fo moving to the next one. One where you walk around freely would be much slower and more difficult.

Yeah, I figured that. I didn't care about the 3D part, just 2D that looks like 3D would be fine by me. I don't know if anybody here has ever played Marathon, but I wanted to make something like that.

That looks like the oldskool DOOM stuff (got a hit for Marathon on Wikipedia). Yeah, that's still some involved math you'd have to send through the GE pipeline to get working. As everyone says, that's going to be really slow. The closest you can get is to get 3D looking like an oldskool RPG

I did that because a bazillion people were asking if GE had 3d support, when it says on the front page that it is only for 2d games. Sorry if i was a little 2 harsh

Yes, I figured, it would take much more energy to right it every time then to just click the profile button once and type it in.
As for the 3D, I have the doom and marathon game engines and I was going to learn how to do it, but I was wondering if I could export the fps game as an exe and then call on it in GE?

http://www.fpscreator.com/ is what you're looking for.
No you are not going to be able to link between a GE game and a FPS creator game, they have nothing in common and neither can execute files.
If you want to make this 3D/2D cross game, you'll need to do it in a 3D engine and even render the 2D part using quads and triangles. You'll need to know c++ and get to grips with an engine like:

3D XD.

Actualy, it's possible to do this. You may not be able to move, but if you had a 3D engine, you can make a map of a 3D level. This is easy. ANyway, Have the 3D Map move around so that you can see the whole level. Then, onhce yo do that, Have the animatiopn start moving when you defeete the enemies required to move on to the next spot. When there, Have the animation stop in the spot you want the next enemies to apear. Note, this must be in either a bunch of BMP, PNG, JPEG, Ect, or a GIF File.

I am not exactly understanding this, could you explain it in a little more detail?
