Whether it is possible to make so in Game editor there would be a support 3D schedules? And whether still it is possible to make multiplayer ?

Making 3D games with Game Editor is not possible (unless you create your own 3D engine, which takes quite some effort) and as far as I know will not be concentrated on in future development.
The multiplayer feature is not out yet, but in the process of making. See this ticket for more information.
