You have to have a smartphone to be able to that.
If you have a smartphone just export your game to WM samrtphone format and transfer it to your phone via cable, BT or IR.
Find it on your phone from file explorer nd run it.

What kind of Smartphone do you have, if it's an Nokia, than it's called a smartphone but what you need is a device what has Windows Mobile 2002 or higher.

You can download the program "file explorer" that you can get at the following URL: (depending on youre type of device)

Do not forget to install Active Sync when you connect you pc to your mobile.

Export your game in Game Editor to an Smartphone .exe file and copy that file to your storage card of your mobile.

Locate your file on your mobile through the file explorer and execute.

That's it.

Goodluck!

If you're getting a contract then there are some great new Windows Mobile 5 smartphones out there, they even have QVGA screens (240x320), which are obviously great for games.
