Hey guys its me again, and I'm now going to let a few people help me out with the megaman engine. I have the level editor, I also have a title editor, but what I need now is for someone to make the actuall game, that loads the title, and the levels specified, Now, I also will be making a "boss selection" maker, too. All I need is a person or some people to make the area where megaman is. I have the sprites.

I hope thats what he was talking about, unless you've played the classics, that sprite could be awkward for some people,
"When does he ever turn into a flag pole?"

yeah, the enter and exit warp pole, that's all it is, I don't even think it's animated in-game

Making a basic level, I call it "Gravity Boost". It's a level without jumping. There are slopes there instead.
